Payment & Pricing:
a. All deposits are Non-refundable for (Hourly Service). Minimum rental 3 hours for Sedans, Suvs, Limos, Sprinter Vans, Mini Buses & Coaches – Rates fluctuate according to demand, season, distance and need. Each hour beyond the 3-hour minimum will be charged at an hourly rate for all vehicles at the agreed upon rates. You are not charged for travel time to pickup point.
- b. Payment for non-scheduled overtime must be received at the start of overtime. We do not bill in increments of hours or minutes. You are given 10 minutes grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be charged for another hour. For example, 4 hours and 11 minutes would be billed for 5 hours. Call the office directly if you plan to do extra time( We’ll charge your card on file ). Please Don’t make any cash payment for extra time to the driver without the express permission from our office – We’ll charge your card for Extra Hours
- c. Balances to be paid to our office a week before the run date unless passenger has direct bill approval.
- d. Pricing differs for Sedan, SUV, Sprinter Van and Stretch vehicles. A $20 surcharge will be added to your bill if service is required on a public holiday.
- e. A $20 surcharge will apply for service after 12:01AM and before 5:59AM.
- f. Tolls, Express & Peach Pass Lanes are extra charges.
- g. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that all rates quoted for services provided by Cowry Limousines Worldwide Chauffeured Services are estimates only.
- h. Rates & fees are subject to change without notice.
- i. Use of an AMEX Credit Card may attracts its fees.
- j. Deposits will appear as Authorized on reservation/payment receipt.
- k. In any case, if authorized amount reversed back to your card, you’re still liable for the full payment.

Please read our cancellation policy.
a. We require a minimum of Four(4) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time for Sedans & Suv’s in the continental USA – Airport Transfers Only.
- b. We require minimum of Twenty Four(24) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time for International reservations. All late cancellations will be billed the base rate(Billed at 75% of full service charge amount).

Deposits & Cancellation Policies: Hourly Rentals & Bus Transfers (Applies to all vehicles)
- a. Deposits are required: 50% of the total amount quoted is required to secure services.
- b. Cancellations within Thirty(30) business days policy: Deposit is Non-Refundable.
- c. Cancellations within Fifteen(15) business days policy: Client is billed for the full contract amount.
- e. Charges are applied to the credit card on file or invoiced to direct bill accounts. Deposits are applied towards the total balance due.
- f. Reservation(s) for Prom Service is final -Deposits are not Refundable & Full Charge (entire amount) applies.
- g. All vehicles: Sedans, SUVs, Stretch Vehicles, Buses & Sprinter Vans requires a Four (4)-Weeks notice of cancellation. **{Any Changes/Cancellations Must Receive A Written Response Back From Us For Approval }.
- f. No excuse to cancel under Covid-Era. Please carefully plan & consider Covid-19 before you book as it’s final once reservation is confirmed.

Cleaning Fees:
- a. No eating, No smoking is allowed in any of our vehicles.
- b. There is a $300 cleaning fee if the driver detects that someone has been smoking in the car & for each carpet or seat burn.
- c. There is a $500 cleaning fee if the car must be cleaned due to someone getting sick in the car. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle / limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
- d. All pets must be in a kennel or cage while being transported.

Airports Transfers:
a. Wait Policy: Local picks-ups and airport arrivals (applies to all vehicles)
b. 15 minute complimentary wait on residential, office and hotel pick-ups.
c. 30 minute complimentary wait on all domestic arrivals from gate arrival time.
d. 60 minute complimentary wait on all international arrivals from gate arrival time.
e. $15.00 in 15 minute increments applicable once wait time is exceeded.

No show / Cancelled Onsite Policy:
- a. Service charges are billed the full amount quoted. If you are unable to locate your Chauffeur, please call our dispatch office at the number above (Failure to call will result in a full charge).

Extra Stop Policy:
- a. $20.00 per additional stop within a reasonable distance of the original route. A different amount may be applied on a case by case basis { Does not apply to hourly service }.
- No illegal drugs will be consumed or possessed in any of our vehicles. Possession or use of illegal drugs is prohibited in the car. If the driver observes drugs, he will pull the car off the road, and you and your guests, along with your drugs must exit the car at once. In this eventuality, you will receive no refund.
- Damage to exterior and interior caused by client are the client’s responsibility. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
Misconduct by client or client’s guests may result in service termination without refund.
- The capacity of the vehicles are determined at the time of booking that is not exceeded. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- CLWCS is not responsible for items left in our vehicles. However, if notified immediately, CLWCS will make a reasonable attempt to return the item.
- By providing credit card information either online or over the phone, the client authorizes CLWCS to charge any applicable fees for contracted services.
Confirmation charges are estimates based on times provided by client and CLWCS minimums. These may change based on actual times and travel distances.
- In the event of unforeseen traffic or weather conditions, CLWCS will make every effort to accommodate client’s schedule. In some cases, CLWCS may request an early pick up time to ensure on-time service.
Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, including weather, accidents, storms and any other circumstance, including, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, etc., we will use reasonable efforts to notify the customer of these conditions and resulting delays or changes etc.)
- In the case of vehicle malfunction or accident, CLWCS will make every reasonable effort to provide a comparable replacement vehicle in a timely manner. CLWCS will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
- Services may be contracted to a trusted affiliate if necessary for smooth & best experience of our customers.
- Upon arrival of vehicle for your pickup, if you don’t like either the interior, exterior or color of such vehicle, please decline ( DO NOT ) utilize it. By utilizing such vehicle/service will deem that you are satisfied and CANNOT come back with any excuse for refunds.
- By utilizing our services will deem that you the customer(client) accept and agree with the aforementioned terms & conditions.
- I am satisfied with the terms and conditions above and fully understand and agree. If, for any reasons, I am not fully satisfied with the services I receive, I have Twelve(12) hours after the completion of the job to notify CLWCS and file a complaint in writing. If CLWCS does not receive my written complaint in the above stated time frame, I agree that there is no valid complaint and I am fully satisfied with the services I received and will not file any complaint against CLWCS with any official bureaus or online consumer website. The purchaser will be contacted within 72 hours of the complaint to address concerns in an effort to settle the matter.
